Adelaide Hills

A must-do item when touring South Australia is a visit to the Adelaide Hills. Imagine yourself driving along leafy, winding roads, visiting quaint villages, sipping on excellent wines and enjoying delightful culinary experiences. It's all there in one place! We started our travels in the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens, which still had some beautiful autumnal hues in June. Then onto lunch at the Lane Winery in the Hills where we experienced superb food and service. We then stayed at the picturesque village of Hahndorf which has a delightful german heritage.
